This is a brand new never used in original packaging Pelsue - Personnel Hoist (W/ 70 ft. SS Cable) model PH07C The series of man-rated winches from Pelsue are made specially for the purpose of raising and lowering both people and materials into confined spaces. This manually operated winch should be used alone only when there is another means of support, such as a ladder, for the worker to rely on.
