Our cradle pad kit is sold with a set of 4 pads that fit cradle 5215506. To keep costs lower our kit is sold without hardware, that usually does not need to be replaced. For use with some Bend Pak, Globe & Danmar 2 Post Lifts Replaces GV-10 , LP618 and BH-7256-20 Dimensions 4-3/4″ x 4-3/4″ with 4 thru holes
