Arval ES-100 220 lb cable load balancer (adj. from 210 to 260 lbs)

Arval ES-100 load balancer in working condition. Tool shows normal wear and is working properly. Balancer is calibrated for 220 lbs. I was not able to verify that weight claim, but I think it is correct. To test, I simply hooked the balancer up to a ceiling joist and pulled down on the cable with all my weight. The unit appears to have the correct tension and operates smoothly. The balancer is adjustable from 210 to 260 lbs. I did not make any attempts to re-adjust the weight. Unit is constructed of cast aluminum and spooled with steel aircraft cable. The inner spool appears to be constructed of brass. Balancer is connected to approx 30" of chain with a hook at the end. I don't know how much cable is spooled on the balancer. Unit has lots of surface wear (scratches, scuffs, chipped paint, grime, etc). No heavy rust, damage, or breakage. Tool appears to be very well built. Item guaranteed to arrive in described condition. Please inspect & test upon receiving and notify me directly if there are any issues.
